EMGworks Acquisition and Analysis 4.8.0 was released in December 2021 and is now End of Life. Due to constantly evolving operating systems, hardware, and software dependencies, EMGworks may be incompatible with current releases of Windows operating systems and PC hardware. Please contact Delsys Support
if you have questions and for best practices when installing EMGworks.

安裝EMGWorks前請先閱讀下列重要通知說明。

Window 11新電腦安裝EMGworks software步驟：

1.若電腦具備虛擬AI功能，需執行下列步驟才能確保成功安裝。

進入電腦 BIOS，關閉所有三個虛擬化設定（虛擬化技術 (VT)、直接 I/O 虛擬化 (VT) 和可信任執行技術 (TXT) ）。

注意：如果在安裝了 EMGworks 的情況下重新啟用虛擬化設置，將會再次出現藍色畫面錯誤(BSOD)

Enter your PC bios and turn OFF all three virtualization settings (Virtualization Technology (VT), VT for Direct I/O, and Trusted Execution Technology (TXT))

Note: if you reenable the virtualization settings with EMGworks installed, it will cause the blue screen error(BSOD) again.

Please find the requested information below for the specific steps to take when installing EMGworks on a Windows 11 PC.

As a note prior to installation of the software on a new PC, please make a note of our official statement regarding EMGworks below:

EMGworks Compatibility Notice: EMGworks Acquisition and Analysis 4.8.0 was released in December 2021 and is now End of Life. Due to constantly evolving operating systems, hardware, and software dependencies, EMGworks may be incompatible with current releases of Windows operating systems and PC hardware. 

安裝 EMGworks程式 可能會導致藍色畫面死機 (BSOD) 問題，進而強制系統重新啟動。在嘗試安裝 EMGworks 程式之前，請採取以下預防措施：

1. 將所有重要資料備份到雲端。

2. 建立系統還原點。

Installing EMGworks can lead to a BSOD issue which can force a system reset. Before you attempt to install EMGworks, please take the following precautions:

1.Back up any critical data to a cloud

2.Create a system restore point

完成以上預防措施後，請確保您的電腦上未安裝 EMGworks程式或 NI 驅動程式；然後請下載並安裝下列路徑之 NI 驅動程式：

Once you have taken these precautions, please ensure that you do not have EMGworks or and NI drivers installed on your PC. Then, please download and install this NI driver:

2.Trigno Research Base(前代主機)及Trigno Centro Base(現行主機) 皆可使用Discover Software，

  **Discover Software只支援使用Trigno Avanti系列 sensor(磁控開關型式之感應器)。
